Yoga shouldn't be intimidating! At White Birch, we offer traditional yoga practices and different sound & movement based therapies within a safe and non-judgmental space.

With an emphasis on accessibility & exclusivity, all are welcome!

Membership & packages can be purchased in house by debit, credit or cash before or after class times or by e-transfer.
