During the 2022 post-pandemic era I had a dream of finding a safe space to hold workshops to teach people the empowering tools that I have learned on my healing journey. After a little over a year of searching for the right place, White Birch was born.
In Celtic mythology, the white birch tree represents beginnings, and symbolizes renewal and purification. Just like the bark of the birch tree that slowly peels off over time, so do our layers of ourselves as we work through parts that no longer serve us on the path that lies ahead.
White Birch is a cozy studio situated in the vibrant Riverside neighbourhood of Windsor, Ontario. Our main goal is to provide inclusive and accessible practices for individuals of all abilities. We strive to create a nurturing environment where everyone can feel supported and encouraged on their wellness journey. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced practitioner, our studio is a welcoming space where you can explore and deepen your practice.
