Yoga Space:

Early Registration

We encourage all students to register ahead of time for a class. To assure you have a space available to practice, please register early by logging into our Jane App as we cannot guarantee a space for walk-ins.

Self Check

If you aren't feeling well, we ask that you please stay home.

Arrival

Please arrive at the studio at least 10 minutes before class starts. The front door will be locked once class begins, so please make sure you are on time.

Class Cancellation & No Shows

  • You must cancel at least 2 hours prior to your scheduled class. Failure to do so will result in a restriction with booking any classes for 2 weeks.

  • Late Cancellation/No Show charge:
    For class pass holders (drop ins, class packs), late cancellation will result in the forfeiture of class pass.
    For unlimited class memberships, late cancellation will result in a $15 fee that will be automatically applied to your account and must be paid before your next class.

  • If you sign up for a class on our booking site, Jane App, without a prepaid package or membership and do not show up, a no show fee of $15 + hst will be applied to your account and must be paid before your next class

Class Expiration Policy

Pass Expiry: Class passes purchased at White Birch Wholistics expire 24 months (2 years) from the date of purchase. It is your responsibility to utilize the classes within this time frame.

​Refunds: All class pass purchases are non-refundable. We do not offer refunds for unused or expired class passes, regardless of the circumstances.

Pass Transfer: You have the option to transfer your unused class passes to another individual. Please notify White Birch Wholistics administration via email at least 7 days prior to the intended transfer. The email should include the name and contact information of both the original pass holder and the recipient. The recipient must use the transferred pass within the remaining validity period.

Transfers after Expiry: Unused passes that have expired are not eligible for transfer to another individual.

Class Registration: Class pass holders must adhere to the studio's class registration policies and procedures. Pass holders should register for classes in advance to secure their spot in the desired class, as space may be limited.

Pass Extension: In exceptional cases such as medical emergencies, please reach out to White Birch Wholistics's administration at least 14 days before the pass expiration date. Requests for pass extensions will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

​Modification of Terms: White Birch Wholistics reserves the right to modify or amend this class pass cancellation policy at its discretion. Any changes to the policy will be communicated through the studio's website and other official communication channels.

By purchasing class passes from White Birch Wholistics, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions outlined in this cancellation policy.

Massage Therapy

Cancellation Policy: We require a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel an appointment via Jane App, email, phone or text. Failure to provide 24 hours of cancellation will result in a charge of the full amount of the treatment cost.

No Show: Any client who does not show up for their scheduled appointment will be charged the full amount for their treatment. This charge will be applied to their account and must be paid prior to booking any future visits. This charge cannot be paid by insurance.

Late Rescheduling Fee: We require a minimum of 24 hours notice to reschedule an appointment via Jane App, email, phone or text. Failure to provice 24 hours notice of rescheduling will result in a charge of 50% of the treatment cost.

We understand that certain circumstances will prevent the ability to provide 24 hours notice. It is up to the discretion of the therapist to charge a client based on these circumstances.

If you are sick or feeling unwell, please cancel your appointment via email, phone or text. Do not use Jane App, as we will not know what the circumstances are for cancelling and may be subject to a cancellation fee. Any client who shows up to their scheduled appointment with a cold or flu will be not be treated and will be required to pay the full amount for their treatment cost. There is NO exception to this rule.
